URIMALGEUL : The Korean Language and Literature 29. 17 3-190. In this thesis, I wished to forecast change of words that have series relation with synonymic change from a modern language to a medieval language. Applied statistical methods which are crossing analysis and positioning map for this. Synchronical shapes of synonym act on polysemic using, application of expressive meaning, and syntactic distinctive mechanism. These show change of unification, division, and continuance of synonymic relation. When see through crossing analysis verification, possibility that words of polysemic using change by division is high. And possibility that words by application of expressive meaning go forward by unification is high. Accordingly, can forecast change of dead language of 'thim(틈), mit (밑)' when go through 'thim(틈), mit(밑), and 'gyeoril(겨를). Arai(아래)' that have this phenomenon. It can forecast possibility that can co-occurrence with negative predicate by meaning extension of 'machim(마침)' that have predicate of affirmation that 'machim(마침)' and 'gonggyoropge(공교롭게)' that is acting in synonym by Syntactic distinctive mechanism.
