Hotel businesses are confronted by changes in clients' anticipation and management environment, inside and outside situational environment changes in competition with other hotels.
It is required for members of an organization to cope with environmental changes by putting originality as their basis, and establish an innovative organization.
Therefore, out of the primary preceding elements of hotel environment that affect hotel workers to exhibit innovative acts, the research was to verify elements that affect hotel workers such as transformational leadership, creativity, and innovative behavior.
After substantial analysis in order to achieve the research objective, the research shows that charisma of transformational leadership, intellectual stimulation, and thoughtful consideration on individuals played big roles in affecting creativity. In addition, after verifying the connection between transformational leadership and innovative behavior, it is known that transformational leadership does affect innovative behavior. After verifying the connection between creativity and innovative behavior, creativity affects innovative behavior by providing the cause of justice.
