This study was conducted with 300 soccer team players of middle and high school students(150 boy students and 150 girl students).
Data processing was performed by T-test regarding difference among leadership of coaches, empowerment and athletic satisfaction according to sex level, and it was carried out statistical significance level, below p＜.05 using Pearson's.
The result of this study was following:
1. Leadership of soccer team coaches difference according to sex level was found that male players recognized training and instruction behavior, social support, rewarding behavior with statistical significance(p＜.05, p＜.01).
2. Empowerment of soccer team coaches difference according to sex level was found that male players recognized self-determination, influence with statistical significance (p<.05, p＜.01).
3. Athletic satisfaction of soccer team coaches difference according to sex level was found that male players recognized statistical significance at environmental satisfaction and athletic satisfaction(p＜.05).
4. Correlation between leadership and empowerment of soccer team coaches according to sex level shows that for male players training and instruction behavior have lower correlation with capacity and type of democratic behavior also has lower correlation with influence(p＜.05, p＜.01). Female players have low correlation at type of democratic behavior with capacity, and type of rewarding behavior with influence.(p＜.05, p＜.01).
5. Correlation between leadership and athletic satisfaction of soccer team coaches according to sex level shows that for male players democratic behavior has low level correlation with social acceptance. The type of imperious behavior and social support have low correlation with athletic satisfaction.(p＜.05, p＜.001) Female players have mid and low correlation with lower factor of empowerment except environmental satisfaction.(p＜.05, p＜.01, p＜.001).
6. Correlation between Empowerment and athletic satisfaction of soccer team coaches according to sex level shows that male players have mid and low correlation with social acceptance(p＜.05, p＜.01, p＜.001) and that female players have mid and low correlation with athletic satisfaction. (p＜.05, p＜.01, p＜.001).
