Recently, bike policies are seeking various solutions on the culture of bicycle use and the Up-grade for the environment of bicycle use. But the efforts of local governments is desperately needed still. The bike-related research gained momentum after 2007 years in the social. The recent bicycle-related research trends has been changed from macro-perspective in the political to the solution of practical problems in the aspect of bicycle use. Thus, according to these research trends, this study considering the driving conditions of cyclists were carried out for on the bike commuter route-choice. And bicycle commuter route survey were recruited on Changwon City Hall officials. And analysis on the bike commuter route will review the impact on the environment and the effectiveness of bicycle commuter route to investigate the data on the biking environment through logit model. In this study, analysis reviewing a bike commuter route choice is considered to be a reference materials to improve the bicycling environment.
