This paper has made a comparative study of using for wordsof 'name of medicine' based on data which is 'medical books translated into Korean' from fifteenth century until seventeenth century. It can be showed about how much human medical science developed at that time from 'medical books translated into Korean', because it was published for diffusion to a benefit of medical science with policy of a government. The 'name of medicine' increased to appearance specific gravity and kind of them and there are lots of change in word formation immediate seventeenth century. Especially it can be looked sudden change not only different aspect to diachronic perspective but also different of distribution to each data, so It could consider to character of data from 'name of medicine'.
