A new method for solving construction enterprise credit evaluation is presented. Based on the financial index, enterprises competitiveness, Entrepreneurship, bidding performance, contract performance and credit records, a more suitable credit evaluation index system for construction enterprises should be established combining with factor such as openness, and further establishing the credit assessment system of construction enterprise, Then osculating value method models for the credit evaluation of construction enterprises according to the index system are sty up and the credit of construction enterprises are evaluated.
