Growth rate of Korean population has been geared down due to low hanging birthrate, and the current medical techniques has pushed up average life span drastically.
In addition to that, "home-alone" phenomenon is on the high road thanks to the widespread socio-demographical changes such as high divorce rate, late marriage trend and old single rate.
The global census of 2010 showed us noticeable fact that at least 1/4 of the people on earth stay alone; korea 23.9%, US 26.7%, UK 29%, Japan 31.2% and Norway 39.7%.
So, in the near future, the traditional home concept would be would not be flourished as before as to the low population growth rate, however the "home-alone" trend would be spread out rapidly bringing the increasing number of stay-home workers.
Given the fact, that around 50% of the energy has been consumed from the house and building segment, as much as interior environmental change improved, whose energy consumption also be increased amazingly. Reflecting what mattered previously, I would like to introduce whole new "single residence" idea.
