This study intended to find out the influence of a routine on an immature junior golfer for psychological skills, competitive anxiety, and golf performance variation. The subject was fifteen years old female who was in 8th grade, 4 years and 6 months career, one time won the title of a national tournament, but failed in rest of games. The training duration was total of 32 weeks which is consisted of 4 weeks educational period, 4 weeks routine training period of first session, 8 weeks of training camp, and 16 weeks routine training period of second session, while the study procedures and routine training details were described. However the authors could not accompanied with the subject for the training camp, so the duration was eliminated and the procedures/processes were not described. Consequently, game statistics were improved in actual tournaments through the 24 weeks of the training duration, the factors, soliloquy, imagery, goal setting, releasing tension, and emotional regulation, were improved in psychological skills, and also cognitive and physical state anxiety factors were decreased in competitive anxiety. For the results, the routine training has positive effect on junior golfer who is immature skillfully and physically.
