본 연구는 청송군 고유의 자연·인문 환경적 특성을 반영한 체계적이고 일관성 있는 색채계획을 수립하고자 청송군의 환경색채가이드라인을 작성하는데 목적이 있다. 연구는 크게 3단계로 진행하였으며, 1단계는 관련계획을 분석하고 청송군의 자연환경 및 인문환경의 색채 현황을 조사하고 청송군민을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 결과를 분석하였다. 2단계에서는 현황조사를 근거로 색채계획의 기본 방향과 추진전략을 마련하고 기조색과 권역별 대표색 및 청송군 상징색을 추출하였다. 3단계는 색채가이드라인제작을 위해 가이드라인 적용 원칙을 수립하고 구성요소별 색채가이드라인과 부문별 색채가이드라인을 설정하였다. 구성요소별 색채가이드라인은 주거건축물과 공공·상업건축물, 창고·기타건축물, 기타(공공시설물, 구조물, 공공시각매체, 옥외광고물)로 나누어 가이드라인의 기본방향과 사용색 범위 및 권장색 팔레트를 제시하였다. 또한 부문별 색채가이드라인은 청송군 경관기본계획에서 설정된 경관중점관리구역에서 11곳을 선정하여 건축물, 공공시설물, 공공시각매체, 옥외광고물의 사용색 범위 및 권장색 팔레트를 제시하였다.
The purpose of this study was to prepare environmental color guidelines for Cheongsong-gun that can be used in establishment of systematic and consistent color plans reflecting the unique natural, human, and environmental characteristics of Cheongsong-gun. The study was conducted mainly in three phases. In Phase 1, related plans were analyzed, color conditions of natural environment and human environment was investigated, and questionnaire surveys were conducted for residents in Cheongsong-gun, followed by analysis of results. In Phase 2, basic directions and implementation strategies for the color plans were prepared based on the investigation results. Then, the base color, representative color for each region, and symbolic color of Cheongsong were selected. In Phase 3, the principle of guideline application was established for the production of color guidelines, and the guidelines for each component and sector were determined. The guidelines for each component included basic directions of guidelines, scope of used colors, and recommended palettes in residential buildings, public & commercial buildings, storage & other buildings, and others (public facilities, structures, public visual media, and outdoor signboards). In addition, 11 places were selected from Jeomgwan-ri among other landscapes set in the Cheongsong-gun Landscape Basic Plan, and the color guidelines for each sector suggested the scope of used colors and recommended palettes for buildings, public facilities, public visual media, and outdoor signboards.
