The purpose of this study was to investigate how people to know the quality of hotel industry service to choose the best hotel among a lot of different kinds of hotels. To understand hotel service is very difficult, especially to people who has few experience using hotel. Because hotel service is usually rely on hotel employees. So, if we has few experience using hotel, there is few clue to evaluate their service level. In this study, I want to find the main clues and factors to recognize and select hotel. For that, I surveyed 300 peoples who had experience using SW Hotel which is located in Seoul, Korea. Among them, I got 167 samples which was adoptable to my study. From the analysis result, shortly speaking, people are deeply depend on the other people`s evaluation to recognize hotel and employees` service level to choose hotel. I hope that the result of this analysis will helpful to find hotel existing customers` behavior and to make the best strategy for their new customers even though in this assay, there is limitation that do not analyze with a lot of different ways. From now, I want to continue to study about comparing service marketing (for example, Japan VS Korea hotel marketing) including overcome the limitation.
