The overall objective of physical education lies in human-perfection. A good life of human beings is it be guided by a daily appropriate physical educational activities or programs, so that the objective of physical education is headed for cultivation of his/her sound character. The systematic and well prepared physical education program must have a clear and ultimate objective of contributing to developing human being`s potential capabilities up to the stage most appropriate to every fields of human activities. Physical exercise involves all Kinds of human physical actions for the purpose of training one`s body and mind. Sometimes the exercise has been interpreted into a physical training of only one`s human body without regard to a human psyche or mind. However, the human activity, as long as the activity has an objective of discipline, can be envisaged with a broad range of meanings, including physical boundary of the actions and rhythmic chang of the actions. In western tradition, the said meanings are normally disregarded from the physical exercise. only accommodating the physical training In this sense, the concept of physical training is sharply differentiated from the `motion` or `movement` accomodated in physics. A japanese physical exercise has stipulated that the exercise should have two different activities of physical and mental aspects, but the two activities be phenomenologically equal. In other words, when the physical activity only represents the sheer physical movement. the interpretation of terms is because the movement of human body is, in reality, subject to gravity. alaw of mature. In this respect, the mental activity of human beings is not for sure a research topic for physics. It is quite natural that physical exercise should be accompanied by the physical activity or motion. Therefore, the physical activity represents a real action taking up a certain space, not just natural and intellectual activities, including thinking, inference, imagination, investifation, interpretation and remembrance, and emotional process. Therfor, the physical activity includes whole of human actions whether or not they are associated with physical discipline, implying the overall concept of the Korean theory of unity of human hotly and soul.
