This study lights on sport-competition, sport-cooperation and the meaning and relation of net force in sport in order to propose a word which can refer to the meaning, contents and value of competition and cooperation in sport. First, let me talk about the meaning of competition in sport. Various and extensive education should go side by side with public relation to understand the meaning and the value of competition in sport and to compete fairly and rationally. It can widen our cognition and comprehension about observation of rules, respect to referee and spiritual value of sport. Second, I will talk about the meaning of cooperation in sport. From the beginning, competition and cooperation are not things which can be separated on the field and the circumstance of sport. They are neither ironic nor relative but complementary. Last, I want to seek the essence of sport proposing the word, ``Net force``, that can denote synthetically the relation and the meaning of competition and cooperation in sport. The word of net force can indicate the word of cooperation many problems and solutions according to competition of our society.
