A heart is one of the important organ that supplies blood to whole body. A coronary artery is the vessel that supplies blood to the heart muscles. When coronary artery is blocked due to some materials, it causes the death to heart muscles which were supplied blood from the blocked coronary artery parts. A myocardial infraction, or simply called ‘heart attack’, is the complaint that caused by the death of heart muscles. The condition of heart attack can be represented by the volume of heart muscles in the lack of blood supply. The volume information can be calculated by separating the region of heart where each coronary artery supplies blood. We have tried to calculate medial axis of coronary artery first to represent coronary artery in simple and clear structure. For calculating medial axis of coronary artery, the method called ‘Medial axis regression’ is proposed. When appropriate scoring function is given, then assignment can be done by find the medial axis part that has optimal score for each heart muscle. For fast assigning. ‘Conqueror heuristic’, which is the general heuristic algorithm for assignment is proposed.
