The purpose of this study is to conduct kinetic comparative analysis about any salto forward with 360° twist turn motion in men’s artistic gymnastics floor motions targeting 4 skilled gymnasts and 4 unskilled gymnasts among the male middle school gymnasts. For image photographing, 4 high speed cameras(EX-F1, JAPAN) were used and shooting speed was set as 60f/s and shutter speed was set as 1/500 seconds. And, for difference test about kinetic variables of skilled gymnasts and unskilled gymnasts, independent t-test in SPSS 21 program was conducted. Study results are as follows.
Skilled gymnasts’ total required time for motions was short and required time for motions in the air (P2~P3) was long and these results showed that unskilled gymnasts need the drills to lengthen the staying time in the air. And, analysis results about movement of center of gravity with Y-Z plane trajectory showed that the vertical movement of center of gravity of skilled gymnasts increased at interval 1.(P1)
Regarding the parallel velocity in center of gravity, skilled gymnasts showed faster speed at E1 and unskilled gymnasts are judged to need faster parallel velocity in center of gravity when jumping.
While skilled gymnasts show symmetrical right and left hip angles and knee angles, unskilled gymnasts show asymmetrical angles and unskilled gymnasts are judged to have injury risks.
