Purpose: This study aimed to explore the subjective experiences of heads of community health posts with 35 years of continuous service. Methods: The hermeneutics phenomenological method was used for the study. Participants were 8 heads of community health posts who have work activity experience. Data were collected from May 8, 2012 to March11, 2016 and analyzed using van Manen"s framework. Results: Five theme clusters were identified for the work activity experiences of head of community health posts. It were ‘Because the work environment is not ready remember the days of ship’, ‘The rigor various ongoing work day and night the work activities’, ‘Shrinking of the work activity due to unstability of status’, ‘Make an effort with local residents to maintain work activity", ‘Having work activities inspired by the stabilization of status". Conclusion: The finding of this study propose are significant as basic data based on which to discuss the developmental plans and jobs of heads of community health posts.
