This study investigated the relationship between the target taekwondo leaders on the basis of previous studies to investigate the relationship between organizational fairness of taekwondo leaders, job satisfaction and organizational commitment, organizational justice and job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Through the accumulation of theoretical concepts and empirical data kept for the purpose, based on the loyalty and sacrifice for an organization to organization, fairness and job satisfaction, organizational commitment Taekwondo leaders to maximize the performance of the organization.
The charged, taekwondo leader of Chungcheong registered in Kukkiwon in order to achieve these objectives by leveraging of convenience sampling method(convenience sampling) non-probability sampling method emulate 185 people, 40 poomsae, sparring and poomsae 65 people total 290 leaders were selected for the study. Factor analysis was performed, analysis of variance (ANOVA), correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 19.0 program in order to verify the hypothesis in this study, the results obtained by them are as follows. First of all, personally, characteristic of gender were significant differences in the sub-factors of organizational justice interactional justice have appeared by the doctor quality of the communication made to each other while the man goes through decisions such as women solve than the problem of effort and attitude It appeared to be affected. Second, procedural justice, significant impact on the interactional justice in order to analyze the organizational justice and job satisfaction and organizational commitment relationship Taekwondo leaders Multiple.
The regression result of the analysis of job satisfaction job satisfaction in procedural justice and distribution justice, environmental satisfaction the effect was found. It was found on the sub-factors of continuance commitment distribution fairness, a significant impact on the fairness of the distribution of organizational commitment, normative commitment.
