In order to achieve the purpose of this study, this study set up its hypotheses and research model on the basis of the literature review on leisure satisfaction, life satisfaction, and self-esteem, and utilized the survey through questionnaire and the analysis through empirical methodology. The testing results of this study can be summarized as follows. On Hypothesis 1 that ``university students`` leisure activities will have the significant effect on leisure satisfaction`, among leisure activities factors, only ``sports activities`` and ``hobby and culture activities`` had the statistically significant effect on leisure satisfaction(p<0.05 level). On Hypothesis 2 that ``university students`` leisure satisfaction will have the significant effect on life satisfaction`, among leisure satisfaction factors, ``emotional satisfaction``, ``physiological satisfaction``, and ``environmental satisfaction`` except ``social satisfaction`` had the statistically significant effect on life satisfaction (p<0.05 level). On Hypothesis 3 that ``university students`` leisure satisfaction will have the significant effect on self-esteem`, among leisure satisfaction factors, only ``emotional satisfaction`` and ``environmental satisfaction`` had the statistically significant effect on self-esteem (p<0.05 level). On Hypothesis 4 that ``university students`` life satisfaction will have the significant effect on self-esteem`, life satisfaction had the statistically significant effect on self-esteem (p<0.05 level).
