With the rapid development of information technology, the incidence of depression is increasing and becoming a global issue. The contextual information based depression management system modeled the ontology to identify the current state of depression through life habits, vital signs, and external environment climates among the components of depression in depression, and to derive the depression index. Situation data, the Internet and health care. Derivation of the depression index will enable context aware information services for depression and can be synchronized with context aware devices to identify synchronized content. This result could be applied to improve the lifestyle of depression.
