This study is a fundamental study on the method of measuring the dynamic stiffness of the resilient material for floor impact sound reduction at the construction site. The resilient material is one of the factors which greatly influencing the floor impact sound performance of the apartment house. This study tried to find a method to measure the dynamic stiffness of the resilient material directly in the field. The results of the measurements in the laboratory condition were compared with those in the non - trimmed condition at the concrete slab. And, the dynamic stiffness of the cement mortar load plate preliminarily prepared on the resilient material was measured and compared with the laboratory measurement results. As a result of the measurement, it was confirmed that the measurement of dynamic stiffness is possible because there is little difference between the measurement result using the steel load plate on the steel base plate in laboratory and on the concrete slab. The dynamic stiffness measured by the cement mortar loading plate on the concrete slab was different from the laboratory results, which is considered to depend on the weight per unit area of the load plate. In the future, it is possible to confirm the dynamic stiffness of the resilient material before construction of the resilient material at the construction site of the apartment building by deriving the correction value calculation formula by confirming the changing trend in the dynamic stiffness measurement result by the weight per unit area of the load plate.
