The productivity and competitiveness of Indonesian SMEs are still inferior. This paper aims to find Wood Industry SMEs’ SCM criteria and optimal improvement. Zero One Goal Programming method was used to decide on which DR to implement based on budget, number of employees, implementation time and decision priority of DRs. Nine experts opinions are used to identify the relationship and select the Customer Requirements (CRs) and Design Requirements (DRs) that supports the implementation of SCM. To obtain CRs and DRs to implement SCM in wood industry SMEs, Quality Function Deployment method was used. To identify the relationship between each CRs and DRs, Interpretive Structural Modeling method was used. To obtain decision priority of DR that would be used as a constraint in the model of DR selection, Analytic Network Process method was applied. The analysis was conducted to 5 wood industry SMEs that represent the same industry in Jakarta and its surrounding area. We obtain interdependence relation between CRs and DRs in the implementation of SCM for Indonesian SMEs , and we also use budget, number of employees, and implementation time constraints when implementing SCM strategies.
