The purpose of this study is to analyze the experience of industrial training through the in - depth interviews of six specialist high school culinary teachers who have more than 6 years of teaching experience and less than 10 years. The lack of teaching materials and the lack of teaching materials for the teachers in elementary school high school in the housework unemployment department. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of culinary training on the internal and external factors of industrial training experience. The implications of culinary training are as follows the necessity of industrial training considering the difference of individual culinary skill, the realization of training expenses. In addition, it is possible to derive improvement points for the training related to the training of the teacher by the administrative simplification of the administrative process.
