The assembly and demonstration spread out all the society. The last candle-demonstration was an explosion of frustration against the current government. It was the moment to realize newly understanding what is the demonstration and how to deal with it. Sometimes the assembly and demonstration uses a violence to achieve its own interests. We need a rightful exercise of police power to prevent violence at demonstrations and assemblies. Unlawful violent demonstrations menace the public order and cause an great economic loss. The government indicated the establishment of the law and principle and the respect for the constitution. It made its strong intension clear for the establishment of the law and principle. According to the government policy, the police has to exercise the law and principle for the assembly and demonstration. The Police Line will be maintained. It protects the right of participants of the demonstration and it is the bottom line of keeping social order up. The police has to propel continuously the effective policy for the settlement of the peaceful assembly and improve the weakness daringly. For the settlement of the peaceful assembly and demonstration, the Zerotolerance will be indicated. The citizens have to keep the legal consciousness that they deal with any problem according to the law and principle. The various systems to induce the legal assembly will be complemented. The police has to take steps firmly to reduce the unlawful demonstration, for example, not only a criminal action but civil compensation for material damages. The police countermeasure for the unlawful assembly and demonstration will be guaranteed legally. The police has to keep the principle enforcing the law for the iIIegalities strictly. The law enforcement according to the unific standards will be carried out with the establishment of the exercise of the police power.
