This is the empirical study to test the hypotheses that is established for the analysis the moderated effect of organizational identification between CEO's images and organizational identification. Theses days, in the view of the enlarged importance of human resources management, it is very interesting that find out the factors to influence to the organizational commitment of hotel employees in the causal relations with hotel CEO's image. The results of this study are as followings. First, it shows that CEO's competence is significantly positive influence to the organizational commitment. Second, the career and background that is composed of CEO's appearance conditions are turned out that are influenced significantly positive effect to the organizational commitment. Third, the moderated effect of organizational identification between CEO's images and organizational commitments showed that is only influenced in the CEO's competence excluding the CEO's appearance condition in the causal relations between CEO's images and organizational commitment.
