The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of hotel employees' work - family conflict on emotional labor and organizational effectiveness. I would like to examine whether the hotel employees' work - family conflict significantly affects the emotional labor and organizational effectiveness. As results of factor analysis of the measured variables in this study, a total of three factors were derived from factor analysis of hotel employees' work - family conflict and these were named tension-based conflict, behavior-based conflict and time-based conflict on the basis of characteristics of each factor. As results of factor analysis of the emotional labor of hotel employees in this study, a total of three factors were derived such as deep acting, surface acting and internal acting. In addition, as results of factor analysis of the organizational effectiveness of hotel employees, a total of four factors were derived such as turnover intentions, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and job attachment. As a result to verify the hypothesis presented through model of this study, it was shown that hotel employees' work - family conflict gave the significant effect on emotional labor. It was also shown that hotel employees' work - family conflict partially gave the significant effect on organizational effectiveness. Therefore, all hypotheses presented in this study based on theoretical basis of previous studies seemed to be adopted and partially adopted. Implications were presented.
