aemaul Undong is regarded as an original development model that successfully developed Korea's rural areas in the 1970s. This research was conducted to explore the usability of the factory Saemaeul Undong, which is considered to have contributed to the economic development of Korea. The factory Saemaul Undong was actively carried out until the mid-1980s with systematic support from the government and Chamber of Commerce and Industry. In the theoretical discussion stage, the performance of the factory Saemaul Undong were reviewed. And in the analysis stage, empirical characteristics were examined using text network analysis on the basic plan and practice cases of the factory Saemaul Undong. According to the analysis, it was confirmed that the factory Saemaul Undong was systematically structured into labor-management cooperation activities, self control group activities, education support activities, productivity improvement activities and welfare improvement activities.
