The purpose of this study was to identify the implications of spatial planning aspects for developing the domestic anti-disaster apartment certification system through the analysis of the overseas anti-disaster-enhancing apartment certification system and related literature. In the case of exclusive space, it is necessary to consider plans to plan evacuation areas by using existing spaces such as bathroom and dress room in addition to balcony. In the unit households, securing evacuation routes is very important and for this purpose consider plans to prevent the front door distortion, secure a lightweight partition Passage space on the balcony and prevent furniture conduction. In the case of public spaces, it is suggested that the space considered for the weak should be planned by planning a shelter to maintain the proper temperature. It will also consider space plans for the maintenance of life after a disaster, such as aanti-disaster warehouse and a place to provide meals. And consideration is given to ways to strengthen the disaster prevention capability in connection with the area through plans such as lobby for front doors and Piloti, which can be opened to local residents in the event of a disaster.
