Although cancer immunotherapy shows promising efficacy in cancer patients, a majority of the patients still do not respond to the therapies. Here we present that nanoparticles can modulate the immunity for cancer treatment. Nanoparticles decorated with T cell membrane and loaded with anticancer drug can target tumor and kill cancer cells in similar ways to T cells.
