The pH-/thermal-responsive hydrogels for colon-targeted drug delivery applications were prepared based on ionic cross-linked of Polyacrylic acid (PAA), Norbornene-modified Chitosan (CsNb) then chemically crosslinked with bis Tetrazine-Poly(N-isopropyl acrylamide) (bis Tz-PNIPAM).
