The modified Au film based capacitive GO/Co/chitosan mediator was developed for a film- type glucose biosensor. The Au film electrode was electrically deposited on the GO/Co/chitosan mediator while glucose oxidase (Gox) was immobilized on the GO/Co/chitosan surface covalently bonded.
