The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between leadership behavior and cohesion, satisfaction of youth athletes in Korea. Subjects of this study were sampled 450 youth athletes belong to middle and hight school in Korea using the stratified cluster random sampling method. The data collected questionnaire designed for this study were consisted of responses to items constructed to represent each variable. Questionnaires of this study are LSS developed by Chelladurai(1980), GEO developed by Widmeyer, Brawley, Carron(1985), Affectmeter II developed by Kammann & Flett(1983). Based on the procedures of the study, the following of were warranted : First, this study examined the difference of leadership behavior, cohesion, satisfaction in athletes as a function of sex. age, academic career, item of sports. Second, this study analyzed relationship between coach's leadership behavior and cohesion, satisfaction of youth athletes. The suggestion of this study was that the coach's leadership behavior can contrive cohesion, satisfaction of athletes.
