Recently, golf as sport became one of the most popular sport in Korea. Popularization of golf in Korea resulted in a lot of changes in their lifestyle. Also, golf has been attracting sensational popularity as public sport in the countries such as Europe and Japan as well as the United States witch can be advanced country of sport. Furthermore, in recent years, the population who enjoys golf rapidly growing to the extent that it can be take large share in the political part or economic part so that terms of 'golf culture' and 'golf society' may appear.Differently from the worldwide trends, golf in our country cannot remove the recognition that golf is "luxurious amusement" or "the principal offender of environment pollution" so that it has resulted in various social or culture conflicts. Then, why do many people play the golf in Korea? This study examined to establish the identify as aesthetics in golf study. To solve this problem, this study was regarded to analyse main issued relating with golf through the literature study; the golf as the function of politics, the golf as the function of economy, the golf as ethicals issues, and the golf as gambling.The results as follows: golfer policy should recognize as concept of 'sport' by means of breaking the convention the conception of golf is traditional one of 'luxurious amusement' in establishing and pushing forward all the policies. And, the most effective plan to solve conflicts between participation of golf and non participation is cited as policy to popularization.In addition, the matter that we have to solve in golf is that we should have golf make up sport for all to be able to solve their mind and body to let golf be a nature affinity and an environment affinity sport.Therefore, all of us including government should for diversity ways that all the people without distinction of age or sex can participate with cheap expense.
