This Study examines director's guidance type of players and difference of satisfaction. Through this, present basic data for efficient player guidance, supply more scientific and actual proof data for game power elevation. this study investigate LSS and players present grade, weight, exercise background, game career, game ability To item for leader's leadership action pattern. Investigate guidence type and player satisfaction of players using questionnaire and supplied information that can operate leader and team more efficiently. Used SPSS PC ( version 12.0 ) for factor analysis. Did reliability analysis, factor Enforced ANOVA (analysis of variance) for hypothesis testing, and LSS article and player satisfaction executed standard multiple regression. Test. Through such examination formality, got following conclusion. First, Leader's leadership action was not seen difference in curriculum, weight but difference was seen in class, exercise background, game ability. Prefer social conduct better was exposed as class is high and prefer training and direction conduct is much better as exercise career is much more. Superior players appeared by thing which point by autocratic action factor is high in game ability. Second, player satisfaction of judo was not seen difference in curriculum, grade, weight, but difference was seen in exercise career, game ability. Much exercise career appeared by thing which is evaluated high in exercise achievement satisfaction, psychological satisfaction. Third, Exercise achievement satisfaction appeared training and direction conduct by retribution related thing with exercise achievement satisfaction. Psychological analysis result, democratic action, autocratic action appeared by retribution related thing with psychological satisfaction.
