The purpose of this study is to find out the changes in skin scuba diving points in Korea by examining the points of Jeju-do for divers who are unable to skin scuba dive overseas due to COVID-19. In this study, the location was limited to Jeju Island, and the causal relationship between the experiential value, location attachment, and revisit intention of skin scuba divers who have visited Jeju Island was investigated. The subjects of the study are skin scuba divers who have visited Jeju Island, and the survey was conducted using a questionnaire. A total of 269 samples were used in the study, and data were processed using SPSSWIN Ver. 26.0. For data processing, factor analysis and reliability analysis were performed to verify the survey tool, and research results were derived through frequency analysis, correlation analysis, variance analysis, and regression analysis. The results are as follow: First, it was found that the diving frequency of skin scuba divers had a significant impact on consumer utility, place attachment, and revisit intention among the experiential values. Second, all sub-variables of experiential values. had a significant impact on place attachment. Third, all of the sub-variables of empirical value had a significant impact on revisit intention. Fourth, place attachment had a significant impact on revisit intention.
