The purpose of this study is to provide basic data needed to increase flying distance and improve accuracy through a kinematic comparative analysis of a 7-iron swing, a middle iron, for professional and amateur players.
First, in the case of X-Factor, in this study, the difference in the angle of X-Factor was larger in professional players than in amateur players, and as a result of the difference test between groups (E2), there was a significant difference in the top of the backswing.
Second, in the case of club speed, professional players appeared faster than amateur players in this study, and as a result of the difference test between groups ( E3), there was a significant difference in impact.
Third, in the case of ball speed, professional players appeared faster than amateur players in this study, and as a result of the difference test between groups ( E3), there was a significant difference in impact.
Fourth, in the case of Smash factor, professional players were found to be higher than amateur players in this study, and as a result of the difference test between groups (E3), there was a significant difference in impact.
Fifth, in the case of the Attack angle, in this study, the value of the angle between the club and the ground was higher for professional players than for amateur players, indicating that they hit the ball at a steeper angle. showed a significant difference
Sixth, in the case of Total distance, in this study, professional athletes went farther than amateur athletes as the total distance was the sum of flying distance and running distance.
