As the housing type becomes a nuclear family, the number of single-person households, nuclear families, Dink families, independent families, and elderly families seeking happy lives increases, and various types of lifestyles are emerging to improve life satisfaction and quality of life. Currently, the number of pets in Korea has exceeded 15 million, and the pet-related industry is expected to expand to 6 trillion markets.. As the pet-related industry develops rapidly, interest in pet-related facilities and attempts to new spaces are increasing significantly.As in the past, the newly attempted space is changing the planned area to a space based on the convenience and consideration of pets that are considered family rather than the center of pet convenience. It should be considered that the behavioral characteristics of individuals that pets should be most interested in raising pets based on the changing pet industry show various psychological and physical aspects according to environmental changes. In this paper, I would like to learn and analyze spatial elements related to individual behavioral characteristics, derive key elements of space, and apply them to space plans for pets, and propose them as basic data for spatial design.Based on the derived content, the goal is to investigate various facilities related to domestic pets, focusing on medical facilities, educational facilities, protection facilities, rest facilities, and sales facilities, and to propose a one-stop total clinic facility design that can respond to individual behavioral characteristics.
