Unemployment situation in Nigeria has degenerated into prolonged and unending search for non-existent opportunities by graduates. This has necessitated their search for alternative efforts for survival. This study realised the need to adapt psycho-social interventions into inculcating sense of coherence in this population, to broaden their scope and assist job search. Study determined the effects of Career Management (CMT) and Career Self-efficacy (CSE) strategies in enhancing Sense of Coherence (SoC) among unemployed graduates in Ibadan with moderating effects of gender and emotional intelligence. 3X2X3 factorial matrix was adopted for the experimental study. Three local government areas in Ibadan were randomly selected for the study. Ninety-eight unemployed graduates registered with National Directorate of Employment were randomly selected and assigned to CMT (30); CSE (34); control (34) groups for a ten-week treatment. Two hypotheses were tested at 0.05 level of significance. Data were analysed using Analysis of Covariance. Results showed significant main effect of treatment group on SoC of the unemployed graduates (F(3,94)=146.183, P<.05, η=787); and no significant interaction effect of gender and emotional intelligence on SoC (F(6,91)=.358 , P>.05, =.009) of unemployed graduates.
