Recently, social problems are becoming more complex, and the role of the government to effectively solve them is becoming more important. This study empirically analyzes the factors affecting civil servants perceptions of government performance and seeks the direction the government will take. According to the analysis result, the more people perceive that the government has high management and political capacity, the more positively they perceive the government's performance. The perception of the government's intelligent informatization level does not have a significant impact on the perception of government performance independently. However, the perception of the government's intelligent informatization level causes a negative moderating effect on the relationship between the perception of management capacity and government performance. Based on this analysis result, we propose a plan to improve government performance through the improvement of the government capacity and the level of intelligent informatization.
