Cyber Crime has no limit on the time and space, and it is difficult to control it because of its rapid spread. However, adverse effects emerged due to maturity of information services developed without recognizing these characteristics of the Internet, and new types of cyber crimes are appearing that were unexpected. Therefore, I would like to apply the discussion of CPTED in prevention considering its characteristics in terms of cyber crime. By examining the possibility of application of the offline CPTED theory online and presenting an appropriate application case, we will devise a preventive measure against cyber fire fighting. Based on these discussions, efforts are made to form a bright internet norm and to promote the implementation of a bright cyber world based on social consensus and confidence.
