With the number of construction sites increasing every year, the amount of construction waste generated continues to increase, and as it is disposed of with limited resources, it can even deal with the shortage of aggregates. To solve this problem, it is insufficient to utilize waste concrete from construction waste, use cooperative aggregates, and utilize quality and efficiency to process construction waste. This paper analyzes the problems of the quality and certification system for suspension negotiations and proposes an improvement plan. This will allow us to propose, if not for collaborative aggregates, that we can work together and see the utility for the environment, as well as think of ideas that will revitalize construction waste and cooperative aggregates.
