This study conducted an online survey to investigate the inner beauty perception and purchasing behavior of active senior women, who are emerging as significant new consumers due to the accelerating aging society. Utilizing final data from 326 respondents, the research employed SPSS 25.0 for frequency analysis, validity testing, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The findings are as follows: First, the demographic breakdown showed 180 participants in the 55-59 age group (50s) and 146 in the 60-69 age group (60s). Second, interest in health and beauty care emerged as validated factors. Third, interest in beauty and health care significantly correlated with heightened interest in both areas. Fourth, compared to the 60s, women in their 50s exhibited higher levels of inner beauty perception and purchasing behavior. Fifth, multiple regression analysis indicated that interest in beauty and health care significantly influenced inner beauty perception and purchasing behavior. Sixth, simple regression analysis confirmed that inner beauty perception is a crucial determinant of purchasing behavior. Therefore, this study suggests the need for further research targeting the entire senior population, as it specifically focused on active senior women. Furthermore, the study is significant in developing effective marketing strategies tailored to active seniors in the inner beauty market and contributing valuable foundational data to the advancement of the inner beauty industry.
