I will survey some problems of text and rhetoric through Derrida and Wittgenstein. In this paper, problems like a tensional relation between speech and writing, or thought and expression will be discussed. On the basis of these problematic consciousness, I will take an active hand the concept of language-game that is took importantly for Derrida and later-Wittgenstein's arguments.
In the Grammato1ogy Derrida catches hold of a philosophy of logos-centralism as a metaphysics of the presence, voice-centralism, phallus-centralism. Also he introduces the concept of le ditterence, According to the logic of 18 diiiersnce, specific meaning of signifiant does not complete and determinate at a moment, the meaning of it delays endlessly in the moving that is producing the difference. Two keywords which can be applied commonly in his works are 'the undecidabili ty' and 'derailed communication'. Here we pay attention to the double operation of pharmakon and supplement which develops Derrida's intentional derailed communication against preexisted Platen's interpretation.
Wittgenstein's aimed heuristic method is very practical and his many philosophical later writings have rhetorical characteristics (that is to say, simile, methphor, analogy, correct style, etc). His main goal is to change 'forms of life' given to us naturally. In so doing, we can change fixed way of seeing of things and firmed pseudo consciousness of culture and language. With respect to this aspects, language game Wittgenstein asserted will be enable to enlarge the new horizon of text and rhetoric.
