In this study, we examined the way ethical management affected the job attitudes of the employees and organizational citizenship behavior, with a view to propose a more efficient management method for a hotel in terms of ethical management by validating the relevance and hypothesis for the research models developed from theoretical backgrounds. The result of the research is as follows: First, the ethical management of the hotel did have significant impact on the job attitude of the employees. Second, the ethical management did cause some influences over organizational citizenship behavior, as well, with significance. Third, the job attitudes of the employees in the hotel did have significant impacts on the organizational citizenship behavior. The reason for this is thought to be that the ethical management of the hotel works as a motivation for the employees setting a positive mindset, and eventually it would leave a positive impact on the performance of the organization.
