The TPP is the result of a catastrophic failure of the seven-year negotiating mandate of the 12 nations, which negatively impacts the hopes of millions of businessmen and hundreds of millions of workers. In this difficult situation, a new generation of governmental titling is shaping up and working, but it is not enough to support businesses as they are doing. The Government of Vietnam"s 2016-2020 term is striving to become a government that tastes development, integrity, and action for businesses. It is a difficult road because many aspects of economic and social realities are too low compared to requirements, many exist in the political system difficult to overcome in a short time. Constructive Government and the solutions worked out to promote the constructive roles to remove “bottlenecks” for enterprises, the Vietnamese Government is capable of turning TPP’s “bottlenecks” into motivation and responsibilities for the entire country so that people will join hands to move the country forward in the coming time. The study has found six suggestions to promote the role of the role of the government of constructive disconnect TPP bottlenecks for businesses and offered four solutions to turn TPP bottlenecks into opportunities for the national and business development.
