This study is focuses on the inter-relationships of ego-resilience, creative self-efficacy, job engagement and positive coping. In other words, the present study is tries to test the influence of ego-resilience on creative self-efficacy, and the effects of creative self-efficacy on the job engagement and positive coping. To accomplish these, a field survey was conducted with employees' in the Deluxe Hotel in Seoul. Questionnaires were examined using frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and covariance analysis using the statistical package SPSS(12.0) and AMOS(6.0). The results of this study could be summarized as follows; First, ego-conviction, ego-control, and positively affected the level of hotel employees' creative self-efficacy. Second, ego-conviction and ego-control had a significantly positive effect on the employees' job engagement. Third, ego-conviction had a significantly positive effect on the employees' positive coping. Fourth, creative self-efficacy had a positive effect on the employees' job engagement and positive coping. The paper concludes with discussions and the managerial implications for effective personnel policies.
