It is well known that the risk of pancreatic cancer is increased among those who are obese or have a high body mass index. However, the complex molecular mechanisms underlying the pancreatic cancer-obesity link are not fully understood. Recent accumulating evidence has demonstrated the role of exosomes in promoting tumor progression and survival. Here, we investigated the function of adipose tissue-derived exosome from obese mice in pancreatic cancer cells.
